Premier Literacy provides technical support for the two most current versions of our products.
Patches and upgrades will only be provided for the current version of the products. Premier
Literacy runs on Windows 7, 8 and 10 and Mac OS Lion, Mountain Lion and higher.
One of the unique features of Windows 10 is that Microsoft has introduced a new default
browser called EDGE for accessing the Internet. Many software applications, including several
functions in the Premier tools, work slightly differently when using content with the new Edge
If you have upgraded to Windows 10, you may be using the Microsoft Edge browser when
accessing the Internet. Some of the Premier tools work a little differently when using content
on the Internet displayed in this new browser. Fortunately, Microsoft's Internet Explorer is still
available for use on the Windows 10 platform. IMPORTANT: If you have upgraded your system
to Windows 10, Internet Explorer should still be installed on your computer. Just launch Internet
Explorer instead of the Edge browser, and your Premier tools will function as they always have
in older versions of Windows. If you do not have Internet Explorer on your computer, you can
still download and install it from Microsoft's website.
If you still wish to use the Microsoft Edge Browser with any tools in the Premier Literacy Suite,
please contact us if you need any additional information.
